PowerCSV is an application that allows users to create and edit Comma-Separated Values (CSV) files in an easy to use interface. PowerCSV was created to fit the needs for an application that would allow the editing of a CSV file similar to Microsoft's Excel but without having a large footprint. Excel's resource and licensing requirements make PowerCSV a great alternative on servers and it is free to use. PowerCSV is such a light application that it only requires 3.8MB of disk space and an internet connection to periodically check for updates.
